In this pivotal role, Maniefel will oversee the human resources teams across Southeast Asia and Guam, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives to drive employee engagement and operational excellence.

Maniefel has been with FedEx for over four years, contributing significantly to its human resources strategies. Prior to this role, he served as the Regional Manager for the Philippines, Guam, and Malaysia, where he led HR operations in multiple territories, demonstrating exceptional leadership in talent acquisition, labor relations, and organizational design. Earlier, he managed HR operations in the Philippines and Guam as Regional Manager, effectively driving HR alignment with business goals and fostering a people-centric culture.

Before joining FedEx, Maniefel spent nearly five years at Texas Instruments as the Country Manager for Talent Management and Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, he developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement programs, and organizational initiatives, leaving a lasting impact on the company’s human capital landscape.

Earlier in his career, Maniefel honed his HR expertise at Convergys and Expert Global Solutions, where he provided strategic HR support, led employee relations initiatives, and ensured compliance with labor laws. His hands-on experience in managing large teams and navigating complex HR challenges has been instrumental in his career growth.
