In this role, Emma will lead the organization’s HR strategies and operations, ensuring alignment with EPI’s mission to revolutionize the payment landscape in Europe through innovation and collaboration.
Emma expressed her excitement for the role, stating, “I’m looking forward to contributing to EPI Company’s mission of transforming the way Europe pays. With the launch of Wero, EPI is pioneering a cutting-edge payment solution designed specifically for Europe, in collaboration with leading European banks and payment service providers.”
Emma Braeye brings a rich background in human resources and leadership to EPI Company. Prior to this role, Emma served as VP People at In The Pocket, where she led the people and office teams, receiving recognition for exceptional employee engagement strategies. Over her nearly 10-year tenure at In The Pocket, she contributed to building a robust HR framework, embedding cultural values, and driving innovative employer branding.
Emma is also a Board Member at Febelfin Academy and a co-founder of After Hours, a venture that reflects her passion for curated experiences. Additionally, she has hosted HR Challengers, a platform fostering discussions on strategic HR leadership.
Earlier in her career, Emma gained extensive experience as Talent Manager and Talent Coordinator at In The Pocket, and as Sales & Talent Manager at AMPLO, where she developed HR strategies and managed regional growth. Her journey began with HR consultancy roles, demonstrating a consistent focus on people-centric leadership and innovative practices.
