Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Shraddha Naik has joined ServiceNow as Director Human Resources Business Partner – India & JAPAC. Based in Mumbai, Shraddha will lead HR initiatives across India and the JAPAC region, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Shraddha transitions to ServiceNow after a two-year tenure at SAP as Director Human Resources – Asia Pacific Japan Region, where she was instrumental in executing HR strategies tailored to regional markets. Prior to this, she served for over nine years as Director Human Resources at SAP India, where she developed and implemented people strategies to support the company’s go-to-market objectives and transformation goals.
Before SAP, Shraddha worked as Assistant Manager – International HR at Utopia Global, Inc. for nearly one and a half years, where she played a key role in expanding HR operations across APJ, ANZ, Europe, and the Middle East. She managed HR operations and contractual agreements, collaborating closely with country managers.
Earlier, she was Senior Human Resource Executive at Attra Infotech Pvt Ltd., where she led employee engagement initiatives and acted as an HR business partner for clients in Pune and Hyderabad. She began her career as an HR Consultant at The HR Practice Pvt Ltd., managing HR operations, developing HR policies, and leading employee surveys for multiple clients over four years.
