Chelsea brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to Takeya USA. Most recently, she worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Human Resource Loft, providing strategic HR solutions in M&A, total rewards management, and culture transformation across organizations in Greater Los Angeles and Orange County.
Before her consultancy role, Chelsea was the Human Capital Director at Beacon Pointe, where she spearheaded HR initiatives that contributed to a 60% growth in the company while implementing performance management systems and employee retention strategies over a tenure of nearly three years.
Chelsea also served as VP of Human Resources at Advanced Cleanroom Microclean (ACM) for over two years, where she optimized recruitment strategies, reduced hiring costs, and revamped performance management systems, resulting in a 22% increase in employee goal attainment.
Earlier in her career, Chelsea held the role of Director of Human Capital at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire, where she focused on recruitment process improvements, employee training, and retention strategies to support the organization’s youth mentoring mission.
Her HR leadership journey began at Simple Green, where she served as Director of Human Resources for over 11 years, driving strategic initiatives that enhanced talent retention and productivity.
