With a decade of experience in change management and leadership development, Lauren brings a proven track record of delivering impactful transformation programs for top-tier organizations across various sectors.
Lauren has been a key figure at businessfourzero for over five years. As Client and Practice Director, she spearheaded work with iconic UK institutions like Tesco and Nationwide, and developed strategic frameworks for the company’s change practice.
Before joining businessfourzero, she founded Lauren Newton Limited, where she provided advisory services to clients such as ASOS and the UK Home Office, focusing on complex transformational change, strategic communications, and organizational design.
Earlier in her career, Lauren held leadership roles in the People and Change practices at PA Consulting and Accenture, working across energy, government, and financial services sectors. Her expertise spans strategic communication planning, leadership and culture development, and managing large-scale transformation projects.
