Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, December 2024 – Nancy Critcher-White has been promoted to Sr. Director of Talent Management – Compass One Healthcare at Compass Group USA. Nancy will lead talent development strategies for 87,000 associates across the United States, focusing on consultation, organizational design, and integrated talent solutions to align with Compass One Healthcare’s strategic goals. Nancy’s passion for healthcare has been a defining element in her professional journey, and this role feels like a return to her roots.
Before this promotion, Nancy served as Talent Manager for Compass Group’s Education Super Sector, where she facilitated leadership discussions, identified gaps in leadership development, and implemented tailored solutions. Her consultative approach ensured impactful talent strategies aligned with organizational needs.
Prior to joining Compass Group, Nancy was the Executive Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Vaya Health, where she transformed HR processes, tripled hiring rates, and built the organizational development function from the ground up.
Nancy also worked at HCA Healthcare, holding roles such as Director of Organizational Development and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Her tenure there was marked by a focus on leadership pipeline development, talent acceleration, and innovative organizational development initiatives.
Nancy spent a significant part of her career at Mission Health, excelling in roles such as Director of Employee & Volunteer Engagement and Manager of Employee Engagement. Her efforts were instrumental in fostering employee engagement and recognition, enhancing organizational culture, and driving satisfaction among staff and volunteers.
