Phoenix, Arizona, United States, December 2024 – Jill T. has been named Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Cohesity, a leading provider of modern data security and management solutions. In her new role, Jill will spearhead strategies to attract top talent, bolster diversity, and build a robust workforce aligned with Cohesity’s mission of protecting and securing data in the AI era.
Jill joined Cohesity in early 2024 as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, where she successfully led talent strategies, emphasizing leadership hiring and program management. Her expertise in aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals paved the way for her promotion to Vice President.
Prior to Cohesity, Jill spent an impressive 12 years at VMware, holding various key roles, including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. At VMware, she led initiatives for the AMER Customer Experience and Success Organization, focused on strategic hiring, diversity efforts, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize talent strategies. Notable achievements include architecting the VMware TA Rotation Program and spearheading innovative recruitment methodologies.
Earlier in her career, Jill held senior recruiting roles, including Senior Recruiter, Customer Operations, and Senior Recruiter, R&D/Product Development, at VMware. She was instrumental in hiring top talent across technical and leadership positions, driving the company’s growth in critical business areas. Her contributions extended to mentorship and pioneering hiring tools such as HackerRank for technical interviews.
Before VMware, Jill served as Assistant Vice President at Fidelity National Home Warranty and as Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, where she demonstrated her ability to recruit and manage high-level talent across diverse domains.
