Petteys, a co-founder of Payroll Vault Franchising LLC, will succeed Sean Manning, who transitions to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Petteys, a 16-year veteran at Payroll Vault, has been instrumental in the company’s growth, holding pivotal roles such as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO). As CEO, she will focus on driving year-over-year growth for Payroll Vault’s expanding franchise network, which experienced a record-breaking year in 2024 with a 20% increase in client numbers and 14 new franchise owners.
“My top priority is to support our franchisees by pushing business to them and ensuring they have the tools to succeed,” said Petteys. She also highlighted the company’s recent successful transition to the isolved Network payroll software platform, a milestone reflecting the resilience and dedication of Payroll Vault’s team.
