In her role, Brooke will lead initiatives to strengthen the bank’s workplace culture, drive operational efficiency, and manage property-related strategies to support the organization’s goals.
Brooke Reynolds brings over two decades of experience in HR leadership and business operations. Before joining The Mutual Bank, Brooke served as the Head of HR Business Operations at Skildare, where she directed strategic initiatives, drove business development, and enhanced operational efficiencies over a 7-year tenure, including her leadership role as General Manager of Human Resources for five years.
Previously, Brooke was the Director of HR, Safety, and Office Management at JDR Property Services Pty Ltd, where she spent nearly 20 years shaping HR policies, overseeing employee performance management, and leading workplace safety initiatives.
Brooke’s early career includes significant roles at Newcastle Permanent Building Society, where she advanced from Learning and Development Specialist to Employee Relations and Safety Advisor, and gained valuable experience in leadership and team development.
Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle, where she specialized in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, laying a strong foundation for her career in HR.
