Denver, Colorado, United States, December 2024 – Brad Schernecker has joined Anaconda, Inc. as the Director, People Business Partner. In this role, Brad will oversee strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development, to support Anaconda’s mission of empowering data scientists and driving AI innovation worldwide.
Brad Schernecker brings extensive HR leadership experience to his new role at Anaconda. Prior to this, Brad served as Director, Head of People & Talent at Vividly, where he managed people strategy, operations, and talent acquisition. He implemented KPIs for recruiting efficacy and employee satisfaction while driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

At Contentful, Brad held roles including Senior People Business Partner, Principal Level, where he guided global performance management processes and supported international expansion efforts, and Senior Manager, Global People Operations, where he scaled the people operations function to support over 800 employees and led global compliance initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Brad was an HR Manager and Business Partner at Contentful, focusing on North American HR operations, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. He also held key roles at Unity Technologies and Sitecore, where he gained expertise in compensation strategy, HRIS implementation, and organizational development.
