Carolina’s career spans transformative roles in high-growth startups and established organizations across e-commerce, technology, healthcare, and financial services. In her most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources at Kaiyo, she successfully expanded the workforce by 300%, creating a robust HR infrastructure that supported significant operational growth. Known for fostering inclusive workplace cultures, she aligns HR strategies with organizational priorities to drive impactful results.
