Sandra Springer has been with Captive Resources, LLC for approximately 19 years, previously serving as Senior Vice President for nearly two decades. During this time, she played a pivotal role in marketing leadership, contributing significantly to the company’s expansion in the captive insurance sector.

Before joining Captive Resources, Sandra worked as Regional Vice President of Marketing – Central U.S. at Alea North America for approximately four years, focusing on commercial lines and insurance marketing strategies.
Prior to that, she served as Director of Client Services at Risk Enterprise Management, where she specialized in casualty insurance and client relationship management.
Earlier in her career, Sandra was a Senior Consultant at Tillinghast Towers Perrin for approximately 14 years, where she built extensive expertise in workers’ compensation, risk management, and insurance consulting services. She began her career as an Institutional Research Assistant at Conning, focusing on financial services research and data analysis.
