California, United States, January 2025 — Andrea Schliessman has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Portfolio, a leading reinsurance and F&I provider. She brings extensive experience in talent development, leadership strategy, and HR transformation to the organization as it continues to expand its footprint in the automotive and financial services sector.
Prior to joining Portfolio, Andrea Schliessman served as Vice President, Content and Learning at The RockED Company Inc. for nearly four years, where she specialized in microlearning strategies and employee coaching.
Before RockED, she held multiple leadership roles at AutoNation, where she served for approximately 15 years in roles including Senior Director, Learning/Organizational Development & Change Management and Senior Director, Leadership Development & Talent Planning. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in leadership transformation and talent pipeline management for the largest automotive retailer in the U.S.
Earlier in her career, Andrea served as Senior Talent Business Partner at JM&A Group, where she contributed to talent development strategies and organizational design for the F&I solutions provider. She also held HR leadership positions at The Sports Authority and OmniPartners.
