Prior to joining Portfolio, Andrea Schliessman served as Vice President, Content and Learning at The RockED Company Inc. for nearly four years, where she specialized in microlearning strategies and employee coaching.

Before RockED, she held multiple leadership roles at AutoNation, where she served for approximately 15 years in roles including Senior Director, Learning/Organizational Development & Change Management and Senior Director, Leadership Development & Talent Planning. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in leadership transformation and talent pipeline management for the largest automotive retailer in the U.S.
Earlier in her career, Andrea served as Senior Talent Business Partner at JM&A Group, where she contributed to talent development strategies and organizational design for the F&I solutions provider. She also held HR leadership positions at The Sports Authority and OmniPartners.
