Jamie Weaver brings extensive experience in human resources leadership and provider recruitment. She has been with Extant Healthcare for over five years, most recently serving as Vice President, Provider Recruitment & Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in talent acquisition strategies and organizational development.

Prior to her tenure at Extant Healthcare, she worked at Envision Physician Services for approximately 15 years, holding the position of Senior Recruiter, where she specialized in physician recruitment and talent retention for healthcare organizations. Earlier in her career, she served as Fundraiser/Social Market Director at the American Heart Association for over five years, contributing to community engagement and event fundraising initiatives.
Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global, completed in 2023, further solidifying her expertise in strategic HR leadership.
