Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands, January 2025 – Anne van der Heide has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Ciphix, where she will focus on driving people-centric strategies and leadership development to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Prior to this role, van der Heide served as Happiness Officer and Partner at Bizzomate for approximately six years, where she led initiatives to foster employee well-being, personal growth, and organizational culture enhancement. Earlier at Bizzomate, she held the position of General Manager for over three years, focusing on client relationship management and business expansion.
Before her tenure at Bizzomate, van der Heide worked as a Solutions Principal for Analytics and Data Management at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise for about two years, where she contributed to business development and the delivery of complex data solutions. She also served at I.R.I.S. Nederland for nearly seven years, holding leadership roles including Business Line Manager Professional Services and Functional Consultant, specializing in professional services and business transformation strategies.
Her earlier career includes experience at Stibbe, where she was a Project Consultant, focusing on implementing IT-related innovations such as workflow, document management, and CRM systems.
