Huntersville, North Carolina, United States, January 2025 – Tina Hubert has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Metrolina Greenhouses INC, the largest single-site heated greenhouse in the United States. Tina will lead strategic human resources initiatives and drive organizational culture, aligning talent management with Metrolina’s mission to deliver exceptional products and services.
Tina joins Metrolina Greenhouses with an extensive career in human resources leadership spanning nearly three decades. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President, Global People and Culture, Fueling Solutions at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, where she oversaw global HR strategies, focusing on organizational dynamics, talent management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before that, Tina held various leadership positions at Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc., including Vice President – Human Resources and Information Technology, where she played a pivotal role in HRIS implementation, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Tina also spent over two decades at ATI (Allegheny Technologies Incorporated), where she ascended through various roles, culminating in her position as Vice President, Human Resources – ATI Specialty Materials. Her tenure at ATI highlighted her expertise in aerospace HR, compensation structure design, and change management.
