Raj brings a wealth of expertise in IT infrastructure design, operations management, and large-scale project execution, making him a valuable addition to EXL’s leadership team. In his new role, Raj will focus on driving technology initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering tailored digital solutions to support EXL’s mission of enabling business transformation through data-driven insights.
Raj’s journey to EXL is marked by significant leadership roles in globally recognized organizations. Prior to joining EXL, Raj served at Genpact for over six years, where he most recently held the position of Vice President of Information Technology. During his tenure, he oversaw IT infrastructure design and operations, managed global teams, and drove innovation in service delivery.
Before Genpact, Raj contributed to UnitedHealth Group as an Associate Director IT, where he led IT infrastructure initiatives that enhanced operational scalability. He also held pivotal roles at HCL Technologies and IBM, managing global network operations and successfully executing over 30 large-scale projects.
Raj’s early career included roles at Wipro, IGATE, and HP, where he honed his skills in IT project management, network operations, and service delivery. These experiences established him as a versatile and results-oriented technology leader.
