Before joining Celsius Healthcare, Dr. Mukherjee served as SBU Head – Sales & Marketing at Akumentis Healthcare Ltd., where he achieved milestones such as reducing goods returns and driving 2X growth across all power brands. His tenure saw significant improvements in sales coverage, compliance, and employee engagement while spearheading strategic initiatives to establish the company’s leadership in women’s health.

Prior to Akumentis, he was the SBU Head – Sales & Marketing at Wanbury Limited, where he successfully launched innovative products like Cpink Total, achieving a leading market position. Dr. Mukherjee also contributed to market expansion and talent development through customized coaching and capability-building programs.
Dr. Mukherjee spent over 20 years at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, holding various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Sales. His accomplishments include scaling brand revenues, launching successful products, and optimizing operational efficiencies across India and Nepal. His earlier roles with Cadila Pharmaceuticals and East India Pharmaceutical Works Ltd. laid the foundation for his illustrious career.
