Istanbul, Turkey, January 2025 – Nazim Kadrizade has been appointed as the Chief Administrative and People Officer (CAPO) at Metro Istanbul, a significant leadership role in the organization. In this capacity, he will oversee critical domains such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Systems Security, Health and Safety, and Administrative Operations, contributing to the efficient and innovative growth of Istanbul’s metro system.
Nazim has been with Metro Istanbul for over three years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities. Prior to his elevation, he served as Procurement & Logistics Manager for one year and five months, and before that as Purchasing Manager, where he played pivotal roles in supply chain optimization and strategic planning.

Before joining Metro Istanbul, Nazim held leadership positions across various organizations. At Dialog Semiconductor, he served as the Country General Manager and Board Member in Turkey for over seven years. During this time, he managed high-tech R&D activities, developed innovative products, and expanded the company’s reach in the semiconductor industry.
Nazim also made significant contributions during his tenure at Arçelik, holding various positions including Automation & IT Manager and Production Planning Manager. He spearheaded projects involving cutting-edge technologies, streamlined supply chains, and introduced automation systems, driving operational excellence across multiple facilities globally.
His earlier roles include positions at Solmaz Gümrük Müşavirliği A.Ş. as Chief Digital Officer and at Dialog Semiconductor as the Design Center Manager. Throughout his extensive career, he has showcased expertise in IT strategy, logistics management, and organizational transformation.
