London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Daniella Babilye has been appointed as the Head of People and Culture at Goji, Euroclear Group. In her new role, Daniella will spearhead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, drive organizational culture, and support the company’s rapid growth in the alternative investment space.
Daniella joined Goji, Euroclear Group in November 2022 as People and Culture Manager, where she played a pivotal role in developing HR strategies, enhancing talent acquisition processes, and fostering a collaborative workplace environment. Her leadership during this time laid the foundation for her transition to the Head of People and Culture role.
Prior to her tenure at Goji, Daniella worked at Zopa Bank as a People Advisor, where she supported employee relations, performance management, and policy development for nearly three years. Before Zopa, she served as an HR Advisor at Shawbrook Bank, contributing to talent management and compliance.
Daniella also held the position of HR Manager at Holistic Community Care, where she led HR operations and recruitment efforts. Her HR journey began at Positive Employment Consultancy, where she worked as an HR & Recruitment Administrator.
