With extensive experience in human resources and business growth, she will play a key role in strengthening Educrane Planet’s workforce and expanding its global education initiatives.
Before joining Educrane Planet Pvt Ltd, Madhura Patil was the Head of Human Resources & Marketing at Black Topaz Real Estate Advisors Pvt Ltd for nearly five years, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, employee training, business expansion, and strategic partnerships. She played a critical role in driving HR best practices, implementing performance management systems, and streamlining operational efficiencies.
Prior to that, she was Self-Employed for nearly three years, leveraging her HR expertise to provide consultancy and strategic solutions in workforce planning and recruitment. She also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Pioneer Jobs for over four years, where she managed client interactions, business development, training programs, and recruitment data analysis.
Her early career included roles at Maverick Software India Pvt Ltd as an HR intern and at Career Crossroads as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter, where she developed recruitment workflows and led talent acquisition initiatives.
