Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between SBI and Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., has appointed Saikiran Amin as its Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he will be responsible for driving people strategy, talent development, and HR transformation to support the company’s growth in the digital payments sector.
Before joining SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., Saikiran Amin was Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in building HR frameworks, leadership development, and employee engagement. During his tenure of nearly five years at Mswipe, he progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President HR and AVP HR.
Earlier, he served as Senior Manager – HR, Learning & Development at Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he led strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational development programs. His career also includes leadership positions at Apar Lubricants Ltd., Master Group (Prudential Shipping), and Adlabs Films Ltd., where he was instrumental in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and compliance management.
With over two decades of experience, Amin has built expertise in HR strategy, corporate social responsibility, HR analytics, employee learning & development, and organizational restructuring. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management.
