Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, February 2025 – Xoriant, a leading global digital engineering firm, has announced the appointment of Rohit Kedia as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. With over two decades of experience in technology, digital engineering, and business transformation, Kedia will drive Xoriant’s growth strategy and innovation-led expansion in cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI-driven digital engineering.
His appointment follows his tenure as Chief Growth Officer at LTIMindtree, where he successfully led global technology practices and product businesses, accounting for two-thirds of the company’s revenue. His leadership in business transformation, strategic partnerships, and digital innovation positions him as a strong leader for Xoriant’s future.

Prior to joining Xoriant, Rohit Kedia held various leadership roles at LTIMindtree and LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where he led global service lines, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. His seven-year tenure at LTI saw him drive manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, and digital consulting businesses, playing a key role in rebranding and taking the company public.
Before LTI, he spent nearly 20 years at Infosys, leading automotive, aerospace, and industrial business units, growing key accounts, and delivering industry-leading revenue growth. His early career included software engineering and leadership roles at Infosys and consulting in the technology sector.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, Kedia holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering.
