Before joining Sydney Tools, Daniel held leadership roles at Schools Industry Partnership, serving as a Business Development Manager and a Post Placement Support Coach, where he focused on fostering career pathways and employment solutions for job seekers. His ability to build relationships and drive workforce engagement was evident in these roles.

Earlier in his career, Daniel gained experience in financial services, working at National Australia Bank (NAB) as a Team Leader and Service Advisor, where he was responsible for enhancing client service operations and leading high-performance teams.

Daniel also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, where he specialized in matching top talent with leading organizations. His early career included a role as a Career Advisor at the Australian Institute of Fitness, supporting professionals in advancing their careers in the fitness industry.
