Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2025 – Hari Shetty has joined SMC Squared as the Managed GCCs Delivery Director, where he will focus on driving delivery excellence for the company’s Managed Global Capability Center (GCC) clients. With extensive experience in ERP, digital commerce, customer support, and professional services, Hari will play a key role in strengthening SMC Squared’s capabilities and accelerating value creation for its clients.
Before joining SMC Squared, Hari spent nearly a decade at Epicor Software, where he held leadership roles in customer support and professional services, most recently serving as Senior Director – Customer Support and Professional Services. In this role, he was responsible for enhancing customer success strategies, optimizing support operations, and improving service delivery across the organization.
Prior to Epicor, Hari held key leadership roles at Aptean and CDC Software, where he focused on technical support, renewals, and service delivery across the APAC region. His extensive experience in global technical support and CRM systems was honed at Accenture in India, where he led support teams to drive operational efficiencies.
Hari Shetty holds an Advanced Management Programme from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mangalore University. His academic background, combined with extensive leadership experience, positions him well to drive technological transformation and operational excellence at SMC Squared.
