Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 2025 – Lisa Carrick has been appointed as Vice President, People & Talent at BGO. In her new role, she will provide strategic HR leadership, partnering with business leaders to drive talent strategies, enhance employee experience, and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
Lisa Carrick has been with BGO for over seven years, progressing through key leadership roles in People & Talent. Prior to her new role, she served as Director, People & Talent, where she played an instrumental role in shaping HR policies, driving talent acquisition strategies, and leading workforce development initiatives. She also served as People & Talent Business Partner, where she focused on employee relations, HR program management, and organizational effectiveness.
Before joining BGO, Lisa Carrick was at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. for nearly five years, where she held roles such as Human Resources Advisor, HR Coordinator, and HR Administrator. In these positions, she contributed to workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development.
Earlier in her career, she worked at ABS Machining Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator, gaining foundational HR experience in talent management and employee relations.
