Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, June 2026 — Aditya Ganesh has been elevated to the position of Executive Director at Rane Madras Ltd. (RML), marking a significant milestone in his long-standing association with the organization. Having spent nearly nine years in progressive leadership roles within the company, Aditya has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, business growth, strategic planning, and customer engagement across RML’s steering, suspension, and die-casting businesses.
Prior to this elevation, Aditya served as President of Rane Madras Ltd., where he was responsible for leading key business operations and growth initiatives. Earlier, he held leadership positions including Senior Vice President – Operations, Vice President – Marketing & Sales, and General Manager – Corporate Planning. During this period, he spearheaded strategic business planning, technology roadmaps, competency-building initiatives, customer engagement programs, and business development efforts across India, Europe, China, Japan, and the United States. He also contributed to the development of the Rane Group’s health and safety framework and long-term operational roadmap.
Before rejoining Rane in a leadership capacity, Aditya gained international experience with Cummins Inc., where he worked as both a Manufacturing Engineer and HSE Professional. His responsibilities included manufacturing excellence, risk reduction initiatives, workplace safety programs, machine guarding implementation, project management, ergonomics improvement, and operational performance enhancement. He also served as a Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University, contributing to production systems education and industrial engineering research.
Aditya’s association with Rane Madras Ltd. dates back to the early stages of his career through various training and engineering assignments, where he developed expertise across manufacturing, quality, supplier development, lean systems, product development, and operational improvement. With a strong foundation in manufacturing leadership, business strategy, operational excellence, and global customer engagement, Aditya Ganesh is well-positioned to lead RML’s next phase of growth and innovation as Executive Director.
