Yukti has been associated with Kolte-Patil Developers Limited for nearly seven years and has played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s people practices. Prior to her promotion, she served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, where she contributed to the organization’s HR strategy, talent initiatives, and organizational capability-building efforts. Her promotion reflects the company’s confidence in her leadership capabilities and her contribution to creating a high-performance and people-centric culture.

Earlier, as Senior Manager – Human Resources, Yukti led end-to-end HR strategy for one of the organization’s largest township projects while also spearheading learning and development initiatives across the enterprise. During this period, she partnered closely with business leaders to strengthen talent development, employee engagement, leadership capability building, and HR business partnering practices. Her efforts helped align people strategies with business objectives while supporting organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.

Before joining Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, Yukti spent over six years with WNS Global Services, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles including Group Manager – HR, Deputy Manager – HR, and Assistant Manager – HR. During her tenure, she managed the complete employee lifecycle for large teams, supported client transitions, led employee engagement and retention initiatives, ensured HR compliance, and partnered with business leaders on talent development and performance management programs. She also played a key role as a client partner for a major UK insurance client and was recognized for her contributions to leadership development and HR business partnering.

Throughout her career, Yukti has developed strong expertise across human resources business partnering, learning and development, organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and workforce transformation. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence has enabled her to successfully support business growth while fostering strong employee experiences and organizational culture.

Her elevation to General Manager reflects both her professional accomplishments and Kolte-Patil Developers Limited’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and leadership capability. As the company continues to expand its footprint across residential, commercial, and retail real estate segments, Yukti is expected to play a key role in strengthening its people agenda and supporting long-term organizational success.
