Prior to her promotion, she served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, where she contributed to the organization’s HR strategy, talent initiatives, and organizational capability-building efforts. During her tenure, she managed the complete employee lifecycle for large teams, supported client transitions, led employee engagement and retention initiatives, ensured HR compliance, and partnered with business leaders on talent development and performance management programs. She also played a key role as a client partner for a major UK insurance client and was recognized for her contributions to leadership development and HR business partnering.
