Seoul, South Korea, March 2025 – 42dot has appointed Kevin Jaehyuk Yoo (유재혁) as its new Head of People & Operations Group / Senior Vice President (전무). In this role, he will lead organizational development, talent strategy, and operational excellence, contributing to the company’s mission of revolutionizing mobility AI and software-defined vehicles (SDVs).
Prior to joining 42dot, Kevin served as Chief People Officer & Chief Communication Officer at 위대한상상 (Yogiyo) for over three years, where he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate culture, employee engagement, and business communications. His leadership helped drive the company’s strategic vision in the competitive food delivery market.
Before that, he was Chief People Officer at Delivery Hero Korea, leading HR transformation, talent acquisition, and culture-building initiatives for one of the country’s largest online food delivery platforms. His tenure at Coupang as Senior Manager, Top Talent Acquisition further strengthened his expertise in recruitment strategy, HR operations, and workforce planning, particularly during Coupang’s rapid expansion phase.
Kevin’s earlier career includes significant leadership roles at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung Global Strategy Group, where he was instrumental in HR strategy, global recruitment, and executive hiring. His ability to align people operations with business growth, digital transformation, and AI-driven mobility solutions makes him a valuable addition to 42dot’s leadership team.
