Tallinn, Estonia, March 2025 – Kätlin Mölder has been named Head of People and Operations at TBD Pharmatech, where she will lead HR strategy, people operations, and organizational development to support the company’s continued growth in the pharmaceutical industry. She will be responsible for enhancing workforce planning, talent management, and operational efficiency in alignment with TBD Pharmatech’s mission to provide high-quality pharmaceutical solutions.
Mölder joins TBD Pharmatech from Glia, where she spent over four years, most recently as Director of People Operations, leading HR transformation, people analytics, and engagement strategies. Before that, she held key roles at Codemagic (Nevercode) as Chief People Officer, overseeing HR policies, talent acquisition, and workplace culture.
Earlier in her career, Mölder played a significant role in the growth and expansion of Fortumo (Boku), where she worked for over six years in HR and operations leadership roles, including HR Manager, Recruiter, and Office Manager, helping to build a strong people function across multiple international locations. She also gained early-career experience in accounting and sales management, which contributes to her well-rounded operational expertise.
