New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2025 – Keshav Dubal has joined The Oberoi Group as Global Head of IT Infrastructure & Networks, bringing over two decades of expertise in IT management, industrial automation, and large-scale technology projects. In his new role, he will lead IT infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, and network optimization to strengthen The Oberoi Group’s technology ecosystem and operational efficiencies.
Prior to this, Dubal served as Head of Information Technology at Dabur India Limited, where he played a pivotal role in modernizing IT systems, implementing SAP Concur, RPA, and BOTS integration, and driving automation in enterprise resource planning. His leadership contributed to enhancing IT security and efficiency in a complex, multi-location business environment.
Before joining Dabur, he spent over 12 years at BEUMER Group, where he spearheaded IT automation projects, managed Airport Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), and executed large-scale technology transformations across multiple locations. His tenure included designing IT network architecture, implementing server/storage migration, and integrating automation solutions in airport operations and industrial settings.
Earlier in his career, Dubal held technology leadership roles at NIIT Limited and as a freelance software developer, where he worked on ICT projects, software development, and IT training programs. His diverse experience across industries has positioned him as a seasoned IT strategist and transformation leader.
