Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Ritu Gupta has been promoted to Director, Global Leadership Development & Learning at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In this role, she will be responsible for designing and implementing global leadership development strategies, succession planning, talent management, and organizational learning programs to drive high-impact leadership across the company.
Ritu has been with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for over five years, previously serving as Talent and Organization Development Director, Regional D&I Lead – APAC, where she led talent planning, leadership development, diversity & inclusion, and organizational development interventions across the Asia-Pacific region. Her expertise in succession management, executive leadership coaching, and talent transformation has played a crucial role in shaping Goodyear’s HR strategies in APAC.

Before joining Goodyear, Ritu held multiple leadership roles at Mars, where she spearheaded global leadership programs impacting over 10,000 managers, change capability initiatives, and executive coaching for high-potential leaders. She also led talent development and HR strategy at Cushman & Wakefield, Bharti Walmart, and Steria, focusing on culture change, workforce transformation, and performance management.
Ritu holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour & Clinical Psychology from INSEAD and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her deep expertise in leadership development, coaching, and strategic talent management makes her a valuable asset to Goodyear’s global HR leadership team.
