Southeast & California, United States, March 2025 – Melinda Caragan has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Norlee Group (NLG). With a strong background in human resources leadership, organizational development, and talent management, she will play a key role in driving HR strategy and workforce development across Norlee Group’s expanding portfolio of companies.
Melinda Caragan has been with Norlee Group (NLG) for over two years, previously serving as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she contributed to building HR frameworks, strengthening employee engagement, and developing strategic workforce initiatives, positioning her for the transition into the Chief People Officer role.
Before joining NLG, Caragan served at TigerConnect for over two years, holding leadership positions such as Director, HR Business Partner, and Senior HR Business Partner, where she focused on organizational development, talent strategy, and HR business partnerships.
She also held a long-standing tenure at Critical Alert, where she worked for over seven years, advancing from HR Manager to Vice President of Administration and Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in HR operations, compliance, and executive leadership, contributing significantly to organizational growth and employee engagement.
Additionally, Caragan served as an Advisory Board Member at TalenTrust, where she provided HR advisory and strategic workforce insights to help businesses optimize their human capital strategies.
Melinda Caragan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University.
