Merrimac, Massachusetts,, United States, March 2025 – Jodi Dahlgard has joined Newfold Digital as Chief People Officer, Blue Host, marking a significant move in the company’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its people and culture initiatives. With over two decades of HR leadership experience across global technology and manufacturing sectors, Dahlgard brings a unique combination of strategic foresight and operational execution to her new role.
In this new leadership position, she will be responsible for shaping and implementing people strategies across Blue Host, a flagship brand of Newfold Digital, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and inclusive leadership to support the company’s growth and innovation goals.
Before joining Newfold Digital, Jodi Dahlgard served for ten years at Analog Devices, most recently as Senior HR Director, Customer Office, where she led global people strategy and previously headed D&I, HR for Automotive, and Communications. Her HR leadership significantly impacted culture, inclusion, and workforce transformation.
Prior to that, Dahlgard was Senior Director, Global HR at Novanta Inc., where she played a critical role in M&A integration, global Workday implementation, and launching leadership development programs across ten countries. She built and scaled an HR team across six nations, supporting over 1,300 employees.
She spent over six years at Sycamore Networks in various HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources, where she led through acquisition, developed compensation strategies, and spearheaded HR operations across the U.S. and China. Her earlier career at Evare, MediaMap, and other firms saw her laying strong foundations in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
