Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 – Immunocore, a global leader in T cell receptor (TCR) biotechnology, has announced the appointment of Lisa Filaferro as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Lisa will lead strategic hiring initiatives to support Immunocore’s mission of delivering breakthrough therapies in oncology, infectious, and autoimmune diseases.
Lisa joined Immunocore in March 2025, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition across the life sciences sector. Most recently, she served as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she played a key role in talent strategy following the acquisition of Karuna Therapeutics, further strengthening BMS’s neuroscience capabilities.

Prior to that, she was Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Pardes Biosciences, where she led hiring during a pivotal time as the company advanced its clinical pipeline. She also served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where she contributed significantly to talent strategy across sleep, hematology, and oncology therapeutic areas.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held senior talent roles at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, ICON plc, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, demonstrating deep expertise in sourcing top-tier talent across biotechnology and pharmaceutical domains.
