California and Northwest Regions, United States, March 2025 – Carrah Trimble has taken on a new role as Director, Talent, Learning & Capabilities Regional Delivery for the California and Northwest Regions at CommonSpirit Health. In this role, Carrah will lead the strategic delivery of talent development and learning programs across two major regions, driving organizational capability, leadership development, and workforce growth aligned with CommonSpirit’s mission of humankindness and health equity.
For the past two years, Carrah has served as Talent, Learning & Capabilities Consultant at CommonSpirit Health, where she designed and implemented learning strategies to enhance workforce capability and organizational effectiveness. Her work has focused on curriculum design, leadership development, and Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology, supporting the broader mission of transforming care delivery through people-first approaches.

Alongside her role at CommonSpirit, Carrah maintained a successful independent consulting practice in organizational development for six years, helping a range of clients build leadership pipelines and implement customized learning and development programs. Her deep focus on strategic planning, curriculum development, and talent cultivation has made her a go-to expert in workforce transformation.
Earlier in her career, Carrah held roles at McMaster-Carr in Distribution & Operations, and at the University of Kansas, where she was Senior Director of Student-Athlete Development and Leadership Training. During her five-year tenure at KU, she also served as Director of Career Services, Interim Director, and Coordinator of Traditions and Career Services, reflecting her longstanding commitment to professional development and leadership coaching.
