George Boone brings over a decade of rich experience in talent management and organizational development, with a career spanning several prestigious organizations before joining Mitratech. Notably, Boone has previously contributed his expertise to NXP Semiconductors as a Talent and Culture Program Manager, where his tenure lasted over two years. Prior to that, Boone played a pivotal role at Accruent for nearly nine years in various capacities, including Learning and Development Manager, Culture & Engagement Manager, and Training Manager. His early career also included a significant stint at CountryPlace Mortgage as an Application Systems Administrator, where he honed his strategic thinking and communication skills.
