Oslo, Norway, April 2025 – Eva Finitsi Katz has been elevated to the role of Head of People & Organization at Orkla Foods, after serving as Senior HR Manager at the company for nearly two years. In her new role, Eva will lead the overarching HR strategy, drive the implementation of key people processes, and further strengthen Orkla Foods’ people-first culture across the organization.
Before this promotion, Eva contributed significantly to Orkla Foods Europe’s central HR policies and processes, overseeing Performance Management, Succession & Talent, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. She also led the development of the HR Technology Roadmap, enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience.
Eva brings with her extensive HR experience from her tenure at Norsk Hydro, where she held various senior positions including HR Business Partner, Head of People Resourcing for North America, and Workstream Lead for SAP SuccessFactors global rollout. During her time there, she spearheaded international transformation projects, managed cross-functional HR teams, and optimized recruitment and employee experience processes globally.
Her journey at Norsk Hydro also included impactful contributions as Team Lead People Resourcing and HR Specialist, where she handled employer branding, student programs, and organizational development initiatives across business areas.
Eva began her career in administrative and accounting roles while studying, gradually advancing into HR leadership through strategic contributions, project delivery, and cross-border collaboration.
