Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, April 2025 – Kartik Pandya has taken charge as Chief Operating Officer at All 4 Season, bringing with him a rich legacy of operational leadership across healthcare, education, oil & gas, and hospitality sectors. In his new role, Kartik will oversee end-to-end business operations, strategy alignment, and service excellence as the company continues to redefine luxury travel experiences in India and globally.
Prior to joining All 4 Season, Kartik served as Group General Manager (Personnel, Administration, IR & Legal) at Shree Krishna Hospital & Medical Research Center for nearly 12 years. There, he led a multi-functional leadership portfolio, managing HR strategy, legal compliance, training, estate, logistics, and institutional planning.
Earlier, he held the role of Director of Operations at Indus University, where he led HR, procurement, estate, and administration. Kartik played a pivotal role in institutional planning and the development of skill centers and academic-industry collaborations.
His international experience includes a stint in Nairobi, Kenya, where he led operations at Technology Associates EA Limited, managing administrative infrastructure and logistics across Kenya, Malawi, and Sudan. Kartik also worked extensively in government and energy sectors during his 14-year tenure at Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, overseeing travel, event management, asset management, and public relations.
He began his career in the hospitality industry, holding operations roles at Hotel Surya Palace and ITT Sheraton, where he developed strong customer service and food & beverage management capabilities.
Kartik Pandya holds an MBA in Human Resources Development and Management from Jodhpur National University (2011–2013).
