Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area , United States, April 2025 – Robin Kuhn has been elevated to the role of Senior Director, People & Culture at lululemon, where she will lead strategic people initiatives, organizational development, and cultural transformation across the global lifestyle brand. In this new role, Robin will continue to build inclusive, high-performance teams and drive forward the company’s mission of empowering individuals through wellness, movement, and mindfulness.
Robin has been with lululemon for over eight years, serving in several pivotal HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was Director, People & Culture, and prior to that, she served as Head of People at lululemon Studio, the brand’s hybrid digital fitness division. Her work with lululemon Studio involved creating dynamic people experiences that supported talent acquisition, engagement, and performance for a fast-growing tech-fitness business.
Earlier, Robin led Talent Acquisition and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action) at lululemon, where she shaped recruitment strategy, enhanced employer branding, and embedded inclusive hiring practices. Her leadership journey also includes impactful roles such as People + Culture Manager, and multiple senior recruitment and HR operations roles at Old Navy and L Brands, including Bath & Body Works and the international division of L Brands.
Her foundational experience in HR, D&I, and talent management across retail, lifestyle, and digital innovation brands positions her uniquely to lead the people-first growth agenda at lululemon.
