With over four decades of distinguished experience spanning multiple industries, Nathan brings a unique blend of business acumen, strategic foresight, and people-centric leadership to his new role.
Prior to this, Nathan SV served for nearly two decades at Deloitte India, most recently as Partner and Chief Talent Officer. In this capacity, he led the HR strategy for the India firms, shaping the talent agenda for thousands of professionals and driving programs focused on inclusion, leadership development, and performance transformation.
Before Deloitte, he held HR leadership roles at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, Planetasia (GCI), and Microland, where he spearheaded key organizational development and talent management initiatives. His earlier tenure at Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. and ICI India further enriched his experience in managing HR operations, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning across diverse organizational structures.
In addition to his corporate experience, Nathan is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Visara Human Capital Consulting, where he continues to shape thought leadership in human capital strategy. A respected voice in the HR community, his influence extends beyond business, reflecting a long-standing commitment to mentorship and leadership development.
In his new role at PwC Acceleration Centers, Nathan will focus on steering the strategic direction of the India centers across Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, enhancing operational excellence, talent engagement, and client value creation. His appointment comes at a crucial time as PwC continues to scale its global delivery capabilities and invests in innovation-driven service models.
