Zurich, Switzerland, May 2026 — Garima Srivastava has stepped into an expanded role at Takeda as Vice President HR – Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Commercial, where she will now partner across all regions to lead commercial talent acquisition strategy.
Garima has been associated with Takeda for over five years. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President – Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Portfolio Division, and earlier as Senior Director – Head of Talent Acquisition, Europe & Canada, where she focused on business talent strategy across the region.
Before joining Takeda, Garima worked with Volvo Group as HR Director – Talent & Competence at UD Trucks, where she led culture transformation, talent strategy, competence roadmap, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Earlier, she held HR leadership roles with GE, GE Digital, and Infosys Technologies Ltd, building strong experience across HR business partnering, leadership programs, university relations, talent management, organization development, HR analytics, and digital workforce transformation.
Garima has completed a Doctor of Philosophy – PhD from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Organization Behavior.
