San Francisco, California, United States, May 2025 – Joshua Bailey has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources, Commerce & Experience at Old Navy, where he will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives that enhance both customer experience and internal culture across commerce functions. With a deep commitment to employee engagement, talent strategy, and organizational alignment, Joshua’s leadership will be instrumental in driving performance and inclusion across one of the most dynamic apparel retail brands globally.

Joshua joined Old Navy in 2022 as Director, Human Resources, and over the past nearly three years, he has made a significant impact through his people-first approach and leadership capabilities. His promotion to Vice President reflects his proven ability to drive change and create inclusive, high-performing work environments.

Prior to Old Navy, Joshua spent nearly 10 years with H&M, where he held multiple HR leadership roles. As Head of Employee Relations, he led initiatives around compliance, engagement, and equitable workplace practices across the U.S. Earlier roles included Logistics HR Manager and Regional HR Manager, where he supported large multi-state teams and contributed to robust workforce strategies for over 6,500 employees across 200 stores.

Joshua also served as Regional Store Operations Project Manager and District Controller, where he led store operations optimization, sales enablement, and financial control across numerous districts. He began his journey in the retail sector with H&M in frontline roles such as Sales Advisor, gradually advancing to Store Manager, gaining deep operational insight and people management expertise.
