Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, May 2025 – Preeti Jain has taken on a new leadership role as Chief People Officer at Adani GCC Private Limited, where she will drive the strategic agenda to build a world-class Global Capability Centre focused on innovation, internal talent development, and process excellence.
Prior to this appointment, Preeti Jain served as Vice President Human Resources at Airtel for approximately three years, where she led strategic human capital initiatives focused on leadership development, culture transformation, and employee learning. Her work was instrumental in fostering a performance-driven and people-centric culture.
Earlier, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Droom, where she oversaw HR transformation, employee engagement, and talent alignment during a period of rapid organizational change.
With a strong foundation in the tech sector, Preeti spent over 11 years at Huawei Consumer Business Group as Director Human Resources, where she contributed to several strategic HR functions including policy design, competency management, and performance systems during its scaling journey in India.
She also held HR leadership roles at Conexant, HFCL, and other organizations, contributing significantly to workforce planning, training, and cultural transformation efforts.
