At Ecom Express, she led HR for the North region—spanning six states and managing a workforce of approximately 6,000 employees with a 25-member HR team. Ritika began her professional journey with internships at afaqs! and Dainik Jagran, where she honed her skills in HR operations and talent engagement, laying a strong foundation for her future leadership roles.
