May 2024 – Dana McGlynn has joined Full Circle Fiber Partners, LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources, bringing her extensive HR expertise to the leading provider of fiber and OSP technology engineering, design, deployment, and support services.
Dana’s most recent role was as Senior Director of Human Resources at Lightspeed Construction Group in Clearwater, Florida, where she excelled in employee learning and development, leadership development, and more. Her strategic initiatives significantly enhanced HR operations and contributed to organizational growth.
Before that, Dana served as the Human Resources Manager at Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority. During her tenure, she focused on employee learning and development, leadership development, and various other HR functions, effectively supporting the organization’s workforce.
Earlier in her career, Dana was the Director of Business Services at Weston Public Schools in Wisconsin. In this role, she managed human resources and finance, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to improving operational efficiency and employee engagement.
