Leeds, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Sarah Rose has started a new role as Head of Talent & Culture at Flutter International. In this strategic leadership role, Sarah is set to drive the evolution of the organization’s talent and cultural frameworks, supporting future leaders, championing performance excellence, and ensuring a thriving, inclusive environment for all employees. Her focus will include implementing robust succession planning, delivering agile performance management, spearheading well-being and employee engagement initiatives, and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
Prior to her current appointment, Sarah was Senior People Experience Manager at Flutter International, where she led the design and execution of a comprehensive people experience strategy, aligned with business goals and values. She was accountable for people events, well-being, talent management, performance management, and transformation projects—managing a high-impact roadmap that optimized both local and group-wide consistency.
Before stepping into the Senior People Experience Manager role, Sarah served as People Experience Manager, responsible for initiatives that brought Flutter International’s EVP, culture, and values to life. She delivered significant engagement events and programs, including the launch of a new employee engagement survey and Headspace app adoption, which elevated engagement and well-being metrics across the company.
Sarah’s earlier career includes impactful HR and employee engagement roles at organizations such as Experian, where she was Employee Engagement Manager in the Culture & Transformation Team, and People Engagement Lead for the Solutions UK&I business. She played a key role in implementing engagement strategies, well-being programs, and internal communication campaigns. Additionally, she held HR advisory roles at AdviserPlus and Maplin, the latter of which recognized her with an Engagement Excellence Award for her leadership in employee experience and well-being initiatives.
