Before joining Munich Re, Rachel spent six years at Generali, where she held the role of Head of Human Resources & Organisation UK. She modernized the UK HR function into a strategic business partner, introduced transformational people practices, and led large-scale process automation projects—including a new HRIS implementation integrating multiple legacy systems.

Earlier, she held senior HR roles at Meridien and Sharaf Group in the UAE, where she provided strategic HR guidance on international recruitment, performance management, and organizational development across the Middle East and Far East. Her influence in driving inclusive and efficient HR practices earned her trust among senior stakeholders and the executive suite.

Rachel began her HR journey in 2005 and has worked across multiple industries and geographies, including the UK, UAE, and Canada. Her two decades of experience encompass talent strategy, workforce planning, international HR transformation, and employee experience leadership.
