Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Amanpreet Aulakh has begun a new role as Head – Strategic Initiatives at Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon. In this leadership position, Amanpreet leads industry-academia strategic alliances, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and create opportunities for students and the institution.
Amanpreet’s tenure with Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon spans nearly four years, where she previously held the position of DGM – Corporate & Career Services – Strategic Alliances & Corporate Relations. She has played a key role in strategic outreach, corporate alliances, and enhancing the institute’s industry relationships. Her earlier responsibility as DGM – Corporate Alliances & Corporate Readiness saw her develop impactful programs for corporate engagement and career readiness.
Prior to her time at Great Lakes, Amanpreet was AVP – Training and Development at Sunstone Eduversity, focusing on training MBA students for a smooth campus-to-corporate transition. Her corporate exposure includes her role as Regional Head – North and East L&D Operations at The Adecco Group, where she was responsible for career transition and key account management for top Fortune 100 organizations. She has also worked as a Senior Manager at IIFL Wealth, and has delivered extensive training, consulting, and business development as a freelance management consultant for leading firms like HDFC Bank, IDFC First, Bajaj Finance, and Infosys.
Amanpreet holds an MBA in Marketing/HR from University Business School, Panjab University. He is also an alumnus of the Management Development Program at IIM Calcutta, further strengthening her foundation in business and management education.
