John Mathew
John Mathew has been with BrowserStack for approximately 4 years. In his most recent role as Senior Manager of Talent Management & OD, he led global talent management, learning, employee experience, and organization development. John played a key role in handling rewards, HR business partnering, and HR operations as the company scaled from a small team to over 1000 employees globally. He also contributed significantly to acquisition projects and the future of work programs at BrowserStack.
Prior to BrowserStack, John served at WeWork for nearly 2 years, where he led the growth enablement vertical for India. He was responsible for training, performance, net promoter score, and change management for the growth organization. John’s previous experience includes roles at Amazon, where he managed the Seller University function for the e-commerce division in India, and Pest Control India, where he led strategic HR initiatives.
John has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, change management, and learning and development throughout his career.
